Clémence Gancel is a talented illustrator and calligraphy designer. In 2009, she created Gals Rock in Paris, a space dedicated to female rock culture. At the same time, during a long stay in New York, she discovered hand lettering. Upon her return, Gals Rock will be his first playground and learning ground: windows, walls, slates and record bins then become media of expression or singular signage elements, which will help to strengthen the visual identity of the place.
Very quickly, Clémence decides to devote herself entirely to illustration, and affirms a style imbued with poetry and humor, falsely naive.
